OverviewJoin to apply for the Investor Disclosure Analyst role at Deutsche BörseThe Regulatory Reporting Officer is accountable for the delivery of the KIID as well as PRIIPs regulatory reporting on time, in a good quality and in compliance with the latest regulations.Your Area of WorkThe Regulatory Reporting Officer is accountable for the delivery of the KIID as well as PRIIPs regulatory reporting on time, in a good quality and in compliance with the latest regulations.ResponsibilitiesTo master the regulatory concepts by applying the Regulatory requirements as well as the technical aspects of KIID/PRIIPs reporting (for instance SRRI calculations) and apply them on the day-to-day work and act as a reference for any questionsTo liaise and ensure coordination internally as well as with the client for the reports’ production, review and analysis of the comments before processingTo ensure coordination of processes with other stakeholders/teams and act as the reference point of contact within the teamTo plan the production cycles with client and third parties, having the view over the next month’s planTo review and consolidate information to be provided to client service management as well as to perform post production meeting (KPIs, error log, …)To ensure accuracy of the escalation process to Management; providing actions for remediationTo assist the Manager in maintaining a prioritized list of open technical issues with ideal resolution deadlinesAnalysis of data used for reporting, for instance client data used for SRRI calculationsProvide technical and field expertise to clientsTo implement any changes required in procedures/processes with all stakeholdersTo assist in the KIID/PRIIPS migration project when required: assist on the migration processes liaising with all stakeholders, monitor the progress, prepare status reports and escalate deviations to the plan to the N+1, update the documentationParticipate to all assigned trainingAct and work in compliance with all internal rules and policiesYour ProfileA minimum of 3 years of post-graduated education is required, preferably in FinanceAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of fund industry and KIID as well as PRIIPs reporting standards.Proficiency in English, any other language would be an assetGood knowledge of Microsoft Office skillsGood communication skillsProactive can-do-attitude.Being a team player and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.Having a problem-solving attitude.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionGeneral Business, Management, and Business Development
