Delicatessen Operations Manager
As a seasoned food service professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our deli department. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality products and services, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

* Manage stock and waste control, implementing new ideas to boost sales and standards within the department.
* Supervise employees in various duties, including cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations, with up-to-date documentation.
Requirements and qualifications include:
* Previous experience in fresh food or deli management.
* Completion of a Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with high confidence levels.
