Here's what you'll need to succeed: Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Broad experience in leading medium to large projects Experienced in project management methodology such as Catalyst including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices Experience working with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to area Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases Desirable Requirements Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel Good communication skills Interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects Ability to deal with ambiguity and change We are Dedalus, come join us Dedalus is committed to providing an engaging, rewarding work experience that reflects the passion our employees bring to our mission of helping clinicians and nurses deliver better care to their served communities.
