* Strong understanding of retail operations, with expertise in visual merchandising and customer-focused service delivery.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and operational planning skills to ensure efficient department management.
