We are seeking a mental health specialist to join our dynamic team.
Nua Healthcare Services specializes in residential and supported living services for individuals with complex needs. Our goal is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes independence and well-being.
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering evidence-based psychological services to individuals with mental health needs. Your duties will include conducting assessments, diagnoses, and developing treatment programs.
You will also facilitate therapy and group intervention sessions, providing clinical supervision and support to staff. We value collaboration and teamwork, and expect our professionals to contribute to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to individuals with mental health needs.
* Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment programs.
* Foster effective relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Possess a recognized professional post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology.
* Hold at least 3 years of experience working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.
* Meet the registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
