Client Services Manager South Dublin Hybrid role, salary up to €75k depending on experience This is an incredible opportunity! We are currently looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a hugely successful Irish company, and to oversee key client relationships, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement across operations. This role requires a balance of client engagement, operational oversight, commercial awareness, and leadership in compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all service-related matters. Conduct regular client visits and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or growth. Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage and monitor client budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Identify and address any variances or cost-saving opportunities. Quality & Compliance: Lead and support internal audits in line with ISO and other relevant standards. Ensure operational compliance across all sites and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Training & Development: Train and mentor other managers on audit preparation, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure consistency and high performance across the business. Tenders & Proposals: Assist in preparing tenders, bids, and proposals for new or renewed contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and well-structured submissions. Networking & Business Growth: Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to enhance visibility and build new relationships. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in client-facing operations, contract management, or service delivery roles. Strong understanding of budget management and commercial performance. Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and quality systems, including ISO standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident in leading meetings, training sessions, and audits. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
