Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator
Main Duties:
* First Point of Contact: Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and employees via phone and in-person meetings, addressing their queries and concerns.
* Service Desk Operations: Handle emails, calls, and other tasks related to service callouts on a busy Service Desk, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
* Dispatch Management: Dispatch dockets to engineers for timely completion of maintenance and service visits.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly operations reports and analyses for general and operations managers, providing valuable insights into departmental performance.
* Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team by processing quotations to clients following maintenance and service visits, amending quotations as necessary, and transferring information to the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience: 2-3 years as a Sales Operations Administrator in the Engineering/Security industry.
* Skills: Excellent MS Office and communication skills are essential for this role.
