Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer based in Cork. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing infrastructure and groundworks projects, overseeing site development and utilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes creating project plans, conducting site inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
* Experience in project Planning and Stormwater Management processes
* Proven competence in engineering tasks and problem-solving as a Civil Engineer
* Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
* Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to civil construction
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
* Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards is preferred
* Professional engineering certification or eligibility is a plus
* Previous experience in site development, utilities, and infrastructure projects is highly desirable
