Job Title: Contract Administration Assistant
This role focuses on providing commercial and contractual support to projects.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or a related field, strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and high computer literacy.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake internal valuations and produce cost reports.
* Manage subcontract packages and oversee payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
* Assist with reporting on project budgets and variations.
* Distribute and track invoices to various project owners/leads for approval.
* Respond to and resolve enquiries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance departments.
Essential Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or a related field is required. The successful candidate will also need 1-3 years of postgraduate experience in the construction sector. They must possess strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and high computer literacy.
