Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are achieved on time and within budget.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements
* Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies is an advantage.
