Overview The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a high standard of valuation reporting. Managing a portfolio of commercial properties for sale and lease. Preparation of reports and valuation for clients, banks, developments and legal purposes. The candidate will need strong inter-personal skills, communication and organisational skills. Ensure speed and accuracy of information provided to management/client Sales driven Responsibilities Carrying out Red Book valuations for loan security and regulatory purposes for both residential and commercial properties. Undertake Red / Blue Book Valuations. Incorporate and enhance office processes and systems to improve efficiency and service. Assisting in research and market intelligence activities. Prepare and complete commercial and residential valuation reports. Business development and client relationship management. Undertake developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledge, including CPD. Ensure speed and accuracy of information provided to management/client. To develop expertise in the Valuation Sector. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of the property market Numerical reasoning ability Ability to prepare written reports compliant to all Redbook / bluebook standards Attention to detail Strong work ethic Utilises all relevant technology systems, maintains up to date & accurate records, ensuring files are continually and appropriately maintained. Understands and complies with all of the relevant provisions of thePSRA Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER and Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland. Qualifications/ Experience Relevant Property Degree Member of IPAV with REV qualification or Chartered member of the SCSI/RICS PSRA License essential Must have own car Full Drivers License Skills: Valuations Valuation reporting commercial property sales and leasing PSRA Licence IPAV with REV qualification SCSI/RICS
