Role Summary:
* Direct and develop a high-performing finance team.
* Oversight of monthly financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
A strong background in finance is required along with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management and be able to provide strategic guidance to the organisation.
