About the Graduate Sales Program
This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders and managers. Our graduate program was established over a decade ago to bring in bright and ambitious graduates who are eager to learn about business operations.
We seek individuals who are money-motivated, relationship builders, competitive, and driven. If you have a passion for sales and the ability to build lasting relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Graduate Training Programme: First 6 months
* Develop a core understanding of how our business operates, from warehouse and logistics to supply chain and marketing.
* Get hands-on experience with our vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the electrical distribution industry.
* Start building relationships and making deals with customers face-to-face.
* Begin your formal sales training course and network with other Graduate Trainees from across the company.
* Complete workbook assessments to underpin your learning and development.
6-12 months
* Move into internal sales account management, engaging with business customers over the phone.
* Learn business development strategies and how to target and win new trading accounts.
12 months and beyond
* Progress to a diverse business-to-business field sales management position, with increased earning potential and bigger bonuses.
* Travel locally in your company car, meeting clients and discussing projects.
* Work towards running your own business, learning about staff management, purchasing, profit and loss.
