Club Night Manager
The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel, we've never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn't need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
We are currently looking for a charismatic and connected individual to manage the nightlife operations in our exciting new club. This person will implement the nightlife strategy and coordinate F&B operations within the club space. The role will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the club operations while implementing our F&B standards.
The ideal candidate will have three years relevant experience in management within the Dublin nightlife scene. Experience in managing a team within a multi-site business is a bonus. Professional contacts within the Dublin electronic music scene would be advantageous. An understanding of AV systems is required. Ability and experience in creating a curated nightlife offering across multiple nights and attracting a diverse range of guests are essential skills.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a dynamic team in our new club.
* Drive revenue through well-planned initiatives and incentives.
* Have a firm grip on costs and strive to find efficient solutions while keeping the quality high and the experience top-notch.
* Work closely with the Nightlife Programmer to ensure all aspects of programming, marketing, and talent-related aspects of the business are working seamlessly.
* Manage all aspects of the budget to ensure that all expenses are gaining the maximum revenue and all targets are achieved.
Requirements:
