Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store's finances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage billing and payment collection
* Record daily sales and related transactions
* Post bank statement transactions
* Assist with inputting invoices
* Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience as an accounts assistant or similar role
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and show initiative
* Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
* High level of confidentiality
* Proficient in accounting and Excel
