Learning & Development Content Creator
Kenny-Whelan are hiring a Learning & Development Content Creator to join the L&D Team in a Global Pharmaceutical Company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
* Acting as an Administrator for the Learning Management System.
* Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
* Supporting managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization. This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees.
* Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities.
Core Competencies:
* Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
* Strong presentation and training evaluation skills.
* Strong proficiency in Articulate Software and Excel.
* Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills and influence others positively.
Requirements:
* Minimum Degree-level qualification in: Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design or a related discipline.
