Role and Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Operator will support the customer in key areas throughout the manufacturing process. The role is centered on adhering to facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety and quality.
Handling, transporting, and recording critical materials within the factory
Maintaining cleanroom and company protocols
Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
Performing quality checks in line with process specifications
Using MS Office and in-house computer system as required
Duties and Work Schedule
Compressed work week: 4 days on / 3 days off (or 3 days on / 4 days off), 12-hour shifts (day & night including weekends).

Requirements
Work in a controlled cleanroom environment wearing gown and relevant personal protective equipment
100% compliance with all safety and protocol specifications and regulations
Strong physical stamina to stand, stoop, walk and reach for 12‑hour shift duration (breaks excluded)
