About the Role
This senior management position is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their expertise in technology and digital strategies to drive business growth. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology and digital strategies that align with the organization's overall vision.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients with the development and implementation of technology and digital strategies, leading medium to large projects/workstreams, and delivering engagements including technology transformations and technology-related services. You will also work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, and maintaining communication with team members and leadership on progress.
To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in delivering technology services, including Technology/Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, System Implementation, and Agile Software Development. Subject Matter Expertise (SME)/proficiency in at least one Enterprise Architecture Domain (Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Integration) is also required.
Additionally, you will need to have experience in leadership/management roles, including project management and managing teams. Ideally, you will also have experience within industries such as Manufacturing, Retail and Consumer goods, Healthcare, Agri-foods, and Energy, as well as knowledge of business and technology requirements to develop scalable application architectures.
The successful candidate will be able to examine technology vision, opportunities, and challenges, explore emerging technologies and innovations, and tie the dots from a technological/architectural standpoint. They will also be able to build and maintain business relationships with vendors and partners, interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and use effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and team members.
