We're now looking for an experienced Senior Kitchen Designer to join our close-knit team and grow with us as we continue to expand.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment but wants to work somewhere that feels genuinely supportive.
You'll manage your own projects from first meeting to final delivery — with full backing from a team that values collaboration over competition.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Meeting clients in our showroom to discuss their projects and ideas.
* Managing your own sales pipeline and keeping track of progress.
* Kitting designated sales targets and KPI's
* Producing 3D and VR designs for client presentations.
* Liaising with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
* Creating job production plans for manufacturing of your kitchen projects.
* Maintaining strong follow-up and client communication.
* Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and showroom operations.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a professional but relaxed environment.
You'll have solid experience in Kitchen design sales and the ability to connect easily with both clients and colleagues.
You should have:
* Previous sales and design experience in the kitchen industry.
* Confidence using computers and new systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A self-motivated attitude and genuine team spirit.
* A full, clean driving licence and your own transport.
* Keen eye for design.
