Experience is preferred so if you've operated at Head Chef level previously then all the better, but exemplary candidates who've worked to just Sous Chef level certainly won't be dismissed out of hand. This is a picturesque and pretty part of Ireland, rents and property prices are comparatively very competitive and yet Dublin is still quite easy and fast to get to.
