Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Assist with year‑end accounts and external audit processes
Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
Supervision of creditors, debtors and sales ledger functions
Management of cash flow, banking and payroll processes
Processing and reconciliation of vehicle stock transactions
Maintain accurate vehicle and financial records within the dealer management system
Liaise with finance companies, vehicle suppliers and manufacturer representatives
Monitor rebates, commissions, warranty allocations and dealership margins
Prepare sales and performance reports for management
Support departmental managers with financial analysis and operational reporting
Ensure compliance with VAT, Revenue and statutory reporting requirements
Assist in maintaining strong internal controls and financial procedures
Requirements
Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA)
Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience within a retail environment
Strong financial reporting and commercial accounting experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong Excel and IT systems knowledge
