The job of a Chef de Partie requires a combination of culinary skills and leadership abilities. In this role, you will work closely with the head and sous chefs to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
Main responsibilities include cooking food to order, maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards, and helping to manage the kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced chef to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our kitchen.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a similar role and be familiar with professional cookery practices. They should also be able to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
This is a full-time permanent position working 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €34,000 per annum.
