Finishing Foreperson Residential Development Location: Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork Industry: Residential Construction Type: Short-Term Contract (Up to 5 Months) Our client is currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join phase 3 of a residential development in Carrigtwohill. The project consists of timber frame houses, and the role will focus on internal finishes and final handover quality. Responsibilities Oversee finishing works including internals, snagging, and handover preparation Coordinate trades on-site to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the finishing phase Liaise with site management and subcontractors to resolve issues Requirements Proven experience in residential construction, particularly finishing works Strong background in trades (e.g. carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.) Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Contract Details Duration: Up to 5 months Start: Immediate Timber frame housing experience preferred Skills: finishing forperson timber frame fit outs Carpentry plastering Painting residential construction
