We are seeking a highcalibre Senior Chef to work closely with the Group Head Chef and lead the onsite culinary team.

Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, service, and presentation in compliance with HACCP and Health Safety legislation Assist with menu planning and costings, minimising waste where possible Assist with placing and managing food orders Ensure all assigned food safety and quality records are completed daily in the kitchen and related areas, without exception Share responsibility with the Chef Manager/Catering Manager for checking, probing, and signing off all food deliveries, ensuring only the highestquality produce is accepted Ensure food presentation is innovative and that correct food temperatures are maintained and accurately recorded on relevant logs Assist with stock takes as required Promote and comply with all food safety, quality, and general safety procedures Maintain strong communication and positive working relationships with clients, customers/service users, and colleagues Key Requirements 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment Relevant culinary qualification Experience maintaining HACCP documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and courteous manner Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers at all levels Ability to follow instructions accurately and issue clear written and verbal instructions
