HR Co-ordinator (Romanian Speaking)
Harper Finley have partnered with a market leading waste management company to hire a HR Coordinator on a
6 -month fixed term basis
, in Dublin 22. This company has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with plans for continued growth it's an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic team.
** Fluency in the Romanian Language is essential for this role. **
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Updating and maintaining HR records and documentation
* Staffing, supporting recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
* Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
* Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.
* Supporting payroll preparation and answering any employee queries related to payroll
* Maintain HRIS system
* Act as front-line HR support for employees, escalating issues when required
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Previous experience working in HR in Ireland
* Degree in Human Resources, or CIPD qualification
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment laws and regulations
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Fluency in the Romanian language is essential for this role.
Salary:
* €35,000 - €40,000 per rata
This role is open to candidates with an EU/EEA passport, or Stamp 4 visa holders.
