This specialist will be tasked with creating highly efficient automated solutions for data conversions and manipulations using (but not limited to) Alteryx and/or Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies. They should enjoy building, creating, and designing, and have the ability to think outside the box to solve problems. As an Automation/Efficiency Specialist, the individual will play a crucial role in learning and utilizing various tools and technologies, including (but not limited to) Power Platform and Alteryx, to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.What you'll do:Process Analysis & Design: Analyse, Document and Evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and design the future state.Data Transformation: Utilize Power Platform, Alteryx and other data transformation tools to collect, clean and create the desired data output.Automation: Design and implement automated solutions using Alteryx, Power Platform and other automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, mitigate manual intervention and improve overall efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and ensure successful adoption of optimized processes.Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions to employees on new processes and tools. Document process changes and improvements for future reference.
