About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects on-site, ensuring that they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
* Demonstrate and promote positive behaviours to develop a proactive safety culture on site.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
* Prepare and present regular reports on site performance and progress.
* Review technical drawings and ensure that site works align with design specifications and standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Construction, Civil, or related field).
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, preferably in the biopharma or life sciences sector.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.
* Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships.
