Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a fast-paced supply chain transformation programme. This is an immediate-start, day rate contract role focused on assessing, planning, and supporting business change initiatives across supply chain operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with programme teams, supply chain stakeholders, and operational leads to ensure change impacts are clearly understood, managed effectively, and embedded successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed impact assessments across supply chain functions
Analyse current and future state processes, systems, and operating models
Support development of change plans, stakeholder maps, and readiness assessments
Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts across procurement, logistics, planning, and operations
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Support communications and training needs analysis
Develop and maintain change documentation, trackers, and reporting packs
Work closely with PMO, Business Analysts, and operational leads
Monitor change adoption and support implementation activities
Provide clear reporting and insight to programme leadership
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Change Analyst within large transformation or operational change programmes
Strong supply chain experience (procurement, logistics, planning, manufacturing, or distribution)
Experience conducting impact assessments and readiness analysis
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational data
Experience working alongside project managers and business analysts
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Able to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments
Immediately available or available at short notice
Desirable Experience
Experience in ERP or supply chain system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution environments
Knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
Experience in global or multi-site operations
