Project Manager - Residential Construction
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
2. Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
3. C coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople and site teams to deliver high-quality results
4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
5. Solve problems quickly and effectively when issues arise on-site
6. Maintain accurate records of progress, budgets and deadlines. /i>,
