Our Client is a Tier 1 National Building Contractor.

Initial projects: commercial x2 South East

Responsibilities

1. Liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with company standards and program.
2. Timely submission of O&M manuals, BC(A)R procedures, and other duties.
3. Maintain Design coordination workshops, minutes of meetings, and track actions.
4. Review specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details.
5. Ensure that integration across the project is timely and developed in agreement with all parties, including the MEP Manager and Project/Contracts Manager.
6. Liaise with statutory utilities providers to ensure the needs of the project and suppliers are met.
7. Assist QS with assessment of Sub-Contractor monthly applications for payment.
8. Oversee MEP Testing & Commissioning Process.
9. Manage MEP O&M and As-Built Documentation Process.
10. Maintain good relationships with Client designers, Sub-Contractors, and other stakeholders to secure future work.
11. Deliver the project to cost, time, and quality.

Minimum Requirements

1. Relevant Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
2. 3+ years' experience.
3. Experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Education, etc.
4. Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds would be advantageous.
5. Candidate must have the ability to work in teams, be an organised self-starter, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office packages, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
