We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our expanding Team. If you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you.
What we require from our applicants:
• At least 4 years breakfast experience in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
• The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
• A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
• The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
• Be committed to the team
• Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
