The site has been stripped out and is ready for commencement.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure the project runs on schedule.Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with electrical and mechanical contractors.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to the project team.Project Scope Includes:Installation of a PET scannerRC frame constructionNew roof and wallsPartitions and 56 internal doors5 bathrooms (including disabled bathrooms)Coordination of electrical and mechanical packagesRequirements:Proven experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in healthcare or commercial settings.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme timelines.Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality control.Package:Competitive salary (DOE)Full-time, contract role
