Overview
MCS Group is partnering with a major Dublin client to hire an IT Business Analyst to drive the evolution of its Microsoft-based digital workplace. This key role focuses on improving business productivity through better use of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Manage a pipeline of automation, workflow and low‑code initiatives.
Support delivery across M365, Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions.
Lead workshops, map processes and help shape the digital workplace roadmap.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a modern workplace or digital environment.
Strong experience gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and low‑code solutions.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities.
Clear communicator, able to work across both technical and non‑technical teams.
