What You'll Do
1. Work with experienced mentors to manage the full sales cycle — from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals
2. Build strong relationships with potential customers across your assigned region
3. Present and demonstrate how our innovative tech solutions can solve real business challenges
4. Stay organized and manage multiple conversations with potential clients at once
5. Learn how to build a healthy sales pipeline and meet achievable targets
What We're Looking For
6. Fluency in German and English
7. At least 1 year of experience in outbounds sales role (Ideally Business Development Representative or Similar)
8. A strong interest in technology and helping businesses grow
9. A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and learn
10. A team player who brings positive energy and a proactive attitude
