About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the rollout of a refreshed EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) estate across our brands. This is a critical role focused on strategic planning, data collation, cost estimation, and execution across multiple locations.
The role will suit someone with excellent data-handling skills, cross-functional coordination experience, and a strong background in retail technology or similar rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate and validate existing EPOS estate data across store locations
* Develop a rollout plan and timeline by brand/store
* Create and manage a cost calculator/store-level budgeting tool
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/suppliers
* Conduct site visits to assess implementation needs and progress
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
* Track and report on program status, timelines, and cost projections
* Support stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a retail, IT, or operational setting
* Strong understanding of EPOS systems and rollout lifecycles
* Experience with data collation, analysis, and budget/cost planning
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Able to travel to store locations as required
* Comfortable working in a hybrid setup based in Cork
* Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
Nice To Have
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
* Previous experience with multi-brand or franchise rollouts
* Familiarity with procurement or vendor coordination processes
