Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at our location in Castletownbere. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of healthcare services. Day-to-day tasks include managing patient interaction, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting the medical staff with administrative and operational duties. The role requires a proactive and empathetic approach to patient care and a commitment to upholding the values of Haven Medical Centre.
Qualifications

* Basic knowledge or experience in healthcare operations, including an understanding of patient confidentiality and medical terminology.
* Proficiency in using office management tools and software, with strong attention to detail.
* Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare administration or a related field will be advantageous.
