Description
Due to our continued success, we now have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Key Account Manager to develop relationships and deliver the best-in-class service to our B2B clients. In this role you will build key customer relationships, support he B2B sales function by identifying opportunities and have a passion for sales, account management and customer service. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week required in our Sandyford office location. Position Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop relationships with clients who oversee multi-unit property portfolios where PrePayPower installs and services PAYG metering solutions. This role sits at the intersection of sales support, customer success, and account management, ensuring clients and their residents receive a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting B2B Sales Function:
Providing administrative support to the sales team while delivering customer service to key account customers and their residents.

Client Relationship Development:
Drive customer relationships to uncover new opportunities while maintaining a consistent, exceptional experience for our clients and their residents.

Providing Industry Insights:
During customer interactions, offer valuable industry insights, market intelligence, and internal observations to advance their business priorities

Accountability and Target Achievement:
Adhere to monthly/quarterly accountability requirements and proactively work towards achieving set targets.

Cross-functional collaboration:
Ensure that all engagement levels positively contribute to customer satisfaction by collaborating with sales managers, operational teams, and finance.

Portfolio Management:
Manage a book of business and provide support in the day-to-day management of client's multi-unit property portfolios.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within B2B or account management.
* Experience supporting multiple stages of the sales cycle, with a strong focus on after sale care.
* Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance objectives.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive long-term value.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
* Comfortable engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and relationship management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Knowledge of the Irish utilities or energy market is an advantage.
* Previous experience in an administrative or support-based role within a commercial environment.
