Sales Operations/Area Manager

Your day-to-day:
* Lead and manage a district, with direct line responsibility for all Store Managers.
* Foster a positive, motivated work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.
* Develop, coach, and support Store Managers to drive performance.
* Analyse and optimise stock flow and perform regular cash management checks.
* Conduct district tours alongside the Sales Executive.
* Support key projects through analysis and actionable feedback.
* Oversee store refurbishments, openings, and re-openings.
* Create and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies.
* Set and track KPIs aligned with company goals.
* Ensure successful implementation of company strategy across the district.
* Prepare for and contribute to Area Manager meetings.
Expereince Required:
* A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
or
at least three years of management experience
* Strong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skills
* A full UK driving licence
* A motivated, flexible, and hard-working leadership style
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
* A genuine interest in building a long-term retail career
* Multi-site or Area Manager experience is a plus

* Starting salary of €74,000 for Trainee Area Managers, rising to €84,500–€114,000 within 3 years
