Job Description
The Project Manager Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a construction project, reporting directly to the Project Director. The supervisor will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contributing to the timely delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend all site meetings and ensure that all parties are informed of project progress
* Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to minimize risk and prevent accidents
* Manage sub-contractors effectively, ensuring that their work meets the required standards
Requirements
* Extensive experience in commercial and residential construction projects
* Proven ability to manage sub-contractors and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
