About the Role
* To manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the residential service, ensuring seamless delivery of care and support.
* To lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and support, promoting a positive and empowering environment for residents and staff.
* To maintain strong relationships with families, HSE, and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
* To ensure full compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation, upholding excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
* A third-level qualification (NFQ Level 8) in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential for this role.
* A minimum of three years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care is required, with a strong focus on leadership and people management.
* A full, clean driving licence is mandatory for this position.
* In-depth knowledge of HIQA regulations and safeguarding standards, as well as excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
