Overview
MPG Recruitment are seeking an IT Support Technician to monitor, manage, and support customer IT systems, ensuring security, performance, and availability. You’ll be part of a dynamic team helping clients optimise their IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
Salary depends on experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor IT systems via RMM platforms.
* Provide support for Microsoft applications & operating systems.
* Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
* Communicate with customers on incidents, updates, and maintenance.
* Escalate technical issues where necessary.
* Ensure SLAs, policies, and procedures are met.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of servers, workstations, routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN.
* Experience with IT support and monitoring tools.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong communicator.
* Degree in Computer Systems & Networking (or equivalent experience).
* Microsoft certification preferred.
