Staycity is looking for a Group Reservations - Team Leader to join their Reservations Team, in the Dublin Head Office, on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join the reservations team of the leading Aparthotel provider in Europe. What You Can Do For Us
* Implementing and managing the group process from the contract signed to handover to operations.
* Coaching and developing a team of 12 direct reports that will grow as Staycity grows - previous people management experience is essential.
* The role requires clear, professional, and pleasant communication interactions with wider head office and operations teams.
* Quality customer service is crucial to the role and guest experience is an absolute priority. As Groups Reservation Team Lead, you will ensure a smooth transition for guests/clients from reservation to arrival whilst understanding the business needs.
Required Skills And Experience
* Proven experience as a Team Leader/Manager with multiple direct reports.
* Knowledge of Opera group functionality.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken. A second European language would be an advantage but not necessary.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload appropriately.
* Leadership skills, and experience in coaching to improve performance are required as it is a key part of developing our team members.
* Experience in Group Management/Reservations experience (hospitality or hotel experience is helpful but not a requirement).
