Product Manager Financial Services
We are partnering with a financial services company, seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic product team on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of one of their financial products, guiding its strategy, development, and performance while playing a pivotal role in shaping customer experience and driving commercial success.
As Product Manager, you will be the primary advocate for both the customer and the product, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver market-leading leasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and deliver the end-to-end product strategy for the product in line with business growth objectives.
* Lead market research to uncover customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities to build differentiated, customer-focused product propositions.
* Manage the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Act as a product champion across teams (Ops, Sales, Marketing, IT, Pricing, etc.), building consensus and aligning priorities.
* Monitor and report on product performance, identifying and executing on opportunities to improve customer outcomes and business impact.
* Ensure full regulatory compliance and industry best practice in all product activities.
* Drive cross-product innovation and look for ways to streamline product portfolios and improve internal efficiencies.
* Maintain and develop product collateral (FAQs, documentation, internal training resources) to support effective rollout and adoption.
* Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Leasing product on all change and project-related activity.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience & Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or professional qualification is a plus.
o Minimum 5 years experience in product management within the financial services sector.
o Fully qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), APA, or working towards, with up-to-date CPD compliance.
o Experience working within a regulated environment, meeting Fitness and Probity (F&P) standards.

o Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable product decisions.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
o Detail-oriented with strong time management and project coordination abilities.

o Confidence to take ownership, make decisions, and escalate where needed.
