Here in Xeinadin Cork, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Receptionist for our Cork City office. This is a permanent opportunity and will entail working in a varied role to provide back-up assistance to our team in our busy, high performing office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors you will welcome people in person and take calls in a warm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
* Operating the switchboard and diverting calls to relevant departments.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
* Maintaining a database of office suppliers and service providers.
* Maintaining inventory of office stationery and ordering as necessary.
* Preparing petty cash records and cash count monthly.
* Act as administrator of Revenue Online Service for all staff.
* Provide general administrative support when required
