We are looking for a Fitness & Administration Assistant on a Part Time basis to join our team at Anytime Fitness Clondalkin.
Role Summary
The Fitness & Administration Assistant supports the Club Manager with everyday operations, enhances member relationships, and promotes the club’s brand. The role combines administrative duties with front‑office fitness responsibilities to deliver excellent service to members and prospects.
Responsibilities
Drive service excellence by building and developing member relationships.
Take ownership and respond to members’ queries.
Provide accurate information to prospective members about club facilities and services.
Assist the Club Manager with day‑to‑day operations and brand promotion.
Communicate with prospects and members via phone, email, and in person.
Recruit new prospects/members and assist with local community outreach, corporate visits, and presentations.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, legal, and HR requirements.
Provide group exercise classes, personal trainer inductions, exercise assistance on the gym floor, and InBody assessments.
Qualifications
EQF Level 3 or RQF Level 2 fitness instructor certificate, or equivalent.
Target driven with some fitness experience.
Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Computer savvy with knowledge of the fitness industry.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and passionate about fitness.
Approachable, personal, charismatic, and a great influencer.
Willing to adopt the club’s brand values and vision.
Training Provided
Managing the full sales process from start to finish.
Lead generation through monthly outreach activities.
Club Management Systems training.
Operational procedures and HR procedures.
Customer care & complaint handling.
Health & safety policies & procedures.
Preparing and monitoring stock & cash handling procedures.
InBody machine operation.
