Store Manager – Wexford

You'll be handed the keys to a brand-new store in Wexford and trusted to run it like your own business from day one. You'll lead the setup, shape the culture, build and develop your team, and drive standards across every part of the operation.

Salary: €70k
Roles & Responsibilities include:
1. Full accountability for the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the store
2. Recruiting, training, leading and developing a high-performing team
3. Setting clear standards around customer service, merchandising and store presentation
4. Driving sales, margin, waste control and overall profitability
5. Managing stock, ordering, deliveries, stock rotation and shrink prevention
6. Planning and managing rotas to optimise labour and control costs
7. Ensuring full compliance across food safety, health & safety and company procedures
8. Leading by example on the shop floor with a visible, hands-on management style
9. Using KPIs and reports to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
10. Creating a positive, motivated team culture where people feel supported and challenged
What we're looking for:
11. Proven Store Manager experience
12. Background in convenience, supermarket or forecourt retail
13. A commercially minded leader with a strong understanding of retail operations
14. Excellent people-management, coaching and communication skills
15. A results-driven mindset with high standards and attention to detail
16. Someone who takes full ownership, thrives on responsibility and treats the store like their own
