My client is hiring a Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring excellence in customer service, compliance, and business growth.
Salary: Up to €40K base + monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the renewals and new business process for Personal & Commercial Insurance clients.
- Handle complex queries and escalations, acting as a point of expertise for the team.
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance standards, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Personal & Commercial Insurance, with a strong understanding of policy renewals and new business.
- APA or CIP qualification (or Grandfathered in insurance sales).
- A proven track record in leading, coaching, or mentoring a team within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A results-driven mindset, with a passion for customer service and business growth.
