What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and nurturing strategic relationships within our customer accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to retain existing revenues while driving growth across product lines including Connectivity, Cloud, SDWAN, Security, IoT, and SaaS. You’ll consistently exceed targets in revenue, contribution margin, and customer satisfaction, actively addressing issues to convert detractors into promoters. By leveraging your internal network, you’ll ensure effective problem resolution and management, lead bid strategies for successful submissions. You’ll develop a thorough understanding of the business drivers impacting your customers\' industries, using a consultative sales approach to demonstrate Vodafone\'s value and partnership. As a strong customer advocate, you’ll ensure internal stakeholders understand the key challenges in the marketplace. You’ll build robust relationships with C-suite stakeholders, negotiate and close complex multi-million-euro opportunities, and drive both volume-based and large complex deals to closure in a timely manner. Your passion for sales and operational excellence will drive continuous improvement and high standards, ensuring accurate quarterly forecasts and collaborative efforts with peers.
Who You Are
* Senior sales professional with 5+ years of experience in strategic, complex Tech, Telco, or FMCG/Consumer Goods sales roles
* Strong business acumen, presentation, and leadership skills
* Deep understanding of ICT and digital transformation
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
* Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
