Trade Centre Manager - Building, Plumbing & Electrical

Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the Building, Plumbing & Electrical Trade Centre.
* Drive sales and margin growth through customer relationship building and market insight.
* Collaborate with directors and senior managers on business planning and execution.
* Manage stock levels, reordering, and merchandising across core product lines.
* Coach and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
About You:
* Proven sales and/or management experience in the construction or building materials sector.
* Deep knowledge of the construction industry and experience dealing with trade professionals.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
* Commercially astute with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
* Confident with IT systems and basic accounting.
