We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Social Care Worker.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting individuals with physical / intellectual disabilities, autism, and other support needs to live an ordinary life.

Key Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* 1 year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience working with challenging behaviours.
* Strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults.
* A full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car for this post.
* An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
* An ability to follow, evaluate and contribute to the further development of plans and methods to meet the ongoing needs of individuals supported.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
